The aim of this training is to enable students or continuing education professionals to:
* understand the fundamental principles of structural modelling,
* gain progressive control of Robot Structural Analysis software,
* perform static, dynamic and seismic analyses,
* dimensioning steel, reinforced concrete or wood structures according to current standards (including EUROCODE),
* produce calculation notes and professional reports.
Training combines theory (structural calculations) and practice (software exercises).
The training is structured into several teaching modules:
Module 1: Introduction to software and user interface
Module 2: Structure modelling
* Creation of geometry (2D/3D)
* Definition of materials and sections
* Connections and boundary conditions
Module 3: Loadings and combinations
* Types of loads (punctual, distributed, thermal, seismic)
* Creating load cases
* Automatic generation of combinations
Module 4: Analysis and interpretation of results
* Starting calculations (linear static analysis, flashing, etc.)
* Reading results: effort, displacement, constraints
* Manual verification and via integrated tools
Module 5: Dimensioning according to standards
* Reinforced concrete verification
* Steel verification
* Optimization and modification of sections
Module 6: Project synthesis
* Comprehensive case study: modelling, analysis, dimensioning and calculation note

This training is intended for construction engineers, architects, interior architects, technicians, draftsmen, design manager, building professionals and anyone who uses autodesk robot structural analysis Pro (RSA Pro).
This training alters the teacher's teaching interventions and implementations through supervised practical work.
These practice times with the help of the trainer allow the assimilation of knowledge and are structured around progressive exercises to understand any personal project.
In this way we intend to mobilise a concrete and appropriate teaching method, where each learner remains an actor of his own professional development. This training, which is very operational, leaves a large part to the acquisition of techniques by example and to the practical implementation of professional projects with wide spectrum.
* Installation of the robot structural analysis Pro (RSA Pro) software on the learners' computer in our premises located on the 6th floor of the O Poulet Boukané building, facing Ngor stadium, Almadies,
* 01 Examination of end of training divided into theoretical part and practical part on a real construction project,
* A practical internship with our subsidiary Regina House Plans (www.reginahouseplans.com),
The training is conducted by our experienced trainer, whose technical, professional and pedagogical skills have been validated by certifications and/or tested and approved by the publishers and/or our teaching team. It is present to participants throughout the course.
To complete this training in good conditions, learners must have the following basics:
. Have at least one BTS in civil engineering or be in 3rd year civil engineering
. Basic Material Resistance Knowledge (MDR)
. Static and calculation of isostatic and hyperstatic structures
. Understanding of building materials (armed concrete, steel, wood)
. No prior knowledge of Robot Structural Analysis software is required, the software is presented gradually.
